If you notice the transactions that appear twice are only the ones you are making by card, chances are the transactions are being read from both your card and bank statement. Go into the “Connected Accounts” section of your profile and, under the relevant bank, switch off the card that is causing the issue, this way the transactions will only appear once (read from your bank statement).

If the issue is a broader one, then contact us directly as it might be an issue we’re having with the bank.
