A. If you’ve just downloaded the app and you’re worried because the savings you saw in the green “Saving Statistics” card in the main screen of the app have just disappeared and now you see a 0 in the green card and 0 in your digital savings account, click here.

B. If you see savings accumulate in the green “Saving Statistics” card in the main screen of the app but the they never reach your digital savings account, then the problem is probably with your direct debit SEPA mandate, click here..

C. If the green “Saving Statistics” card in the main screen of the app is always empty, then click on the grey ”Steps” card to the right of the green card in the main screen of the app. Do you have any active Steps?

  1. If you don’t, go to the “some suggestions” section of the main screen of the app and activate at least one Step. The easiest one is definitely the fixed recurring Step which sets aside a fixed amount of your choosing every week.
  2. If the only active Step you have is the Round-Up Step but you didn’t connect an account, go to the “some suggestions” section of the main screen of the app and either connect an account or activate another Step.
  3. If your active Steps make you save based on your spending habits, then the synchronisation of your transactions might have failed. Try going into the “Connected Accounts” section of your profile and refreshing the connection to your accounts.
  4. If your active Steps make you save based on your social media habits, then go into the “App Integration” section of your profile and check if you’ve been logged out of any of your accounts. If you have, log back in again.
