First of all, click on the small arrow at the top of the main screen of the app to check that you actually have money in your digital savings account. If it’s still on the way, you won’t be able to withdraw it until it actually arrives.

If you do have money in your digital savings account, the reason you might not be able to withdraw it is because of the KYC (Know Your Customer) limit of €1000 or £1000 for anyone who hasn’t yet confirmed their identity through the app.

It is extremely easy on your side, all you have to do is upload a front and back picture of your Photo ID (passport works best) at the bottom of your details section of your profile.
